Rules Flash Duel Tournament!

Thanks to Dr Thelo, rules enforced Flash Duel is now on the server!

So I thought I would run a tournament. Time is here.

Format is 2/3 games (3/5 rounds each game), 1v1, double elimination, tied rounds not counted unless there is unreasonable number of them.

If there is rules glitch, pm me and I will look at it and make a ruling.
